A 23-year old Thai man by the name of Kritpan Kitjit has been charged with Bodily Harm after he punched an Apple saleswoman in the face at a Studio7 store in Bangkok. The employee, 30-year-old Saijai Trinech, was approached by Kitjit who requested a new Apple iPhone X after claiming that the Face ID feature wasn't working on his unit.

Employees at the store examined Kitjit's iPhone X and concluded that there was nothing wrong with the TrueDepth Camera on his phone. As a result, the store denied the customer's request for a new model, although it offered to send the ...
