공정위는 구체적으로 ①고객 청약 철회권(환불)을 부당하게 제한하거나 ②약관 위반행위 경중과 무관하게 계정 이용 권한을 제한하거나 ③미성년자 고객과 법정 대리인(부모)의 책임을 광범위하게 인정하는 조항 등 6개 약관 내용에 대해 제재할 계획이다. 예를 들어 넥슨이 18일 출시한 게임 ‘트라하’ 약관 중 결제 취소
