소식 글로벌파운드리, 온세미컨덕터에 이스트 피시킬 300mm 팹 매각

온세미컨덕터(On Semiconductor)가 글로벌파운드리(GlobalFoundries)의 300mm 공정 시설을 인수했다. 양사는 지난 22일(현지시간) 미국 뉴욕주 이스트 피시킬(East Fishkill)에 위치한 글로벌파운드리의 300mm 팹(Fab)을 인수하는데 최종 합의했다고 밝혔다. 인수 금액은 총 4억 3천만 달러로 이 가운데 1억 달러는 최종 계약 체결시 지불됐으며 나머지 3억 3천만 달러는 2022년 말에 지급된다. 글로벌파운드리는 잔금 지불.. 기사보기
