IT 커뮤니티 미니기기코리아의 한 회원은 "영하13도, 폴드 반갈죽"이라며 "아버지가 사용하는 폴드인데 오늘 밖에서 사용하시다 저렇게 됐다"는 글과 함께 우측 디스플레이가 하얗게 변한 사진을 게시했다.

그는 "최초 개통일이 2019년 10월이어서 무료 수리도 불가능한 상황"이라며 "폴더블 사용하시는 분들은 실외에서 접고 펴지 말 것"이라고 주의를 당부했다.
