소식 라온텍, 플레이나이트라이드와 마이크LED 전략적 협력

라온텍이 대만의 마이크로LED 디스플레이 제조 업체 플레이나이트라이드(PlayNitride)와 마이크로LED 전략적 협력계약을 체결하고, 마이크로LED용 백플레인 반도체 초도 물량을 납품한다고 19일 밝혔다.이번 계약에 따라 라온텍은 플레이나이트라이드에 86만달러 (약 11억1400만원) 규모, LEDoS (LED on Silicon)용 백플레인 웨이퍼 초기 공급 물량 수주를 받았다.마이크로LED 또는 LEDoS는 실리콘 백플레인 구동 기판에 LED를 화소 단위로 접합하여 자체 발광하는 형태의 디스플레이다.
