소식 삼성, 글로벌 파운드리 회복세...인텔은 계속 부진

삼성전자 파운드리 사업이 지난해 부진에서 벗어나 회복세로 들어섰다. 특히 갤럭시 S24 시리즈 판매 호조와 고성능컴퓨팅(HPC) 수요 증가가 반등 요인으로 작용할 것으로 예상된다.글로벌 1위인 TSMC는 1분기 지진 여파에도 불구하고 7나노 이하 AI 반도체 공급에 힘입어 견조한 실적을 냈다. 반면 야심차게 삼성전자을 넘어 2위 공략 목표를 밝힌 인텔 파운드리는 내부 물량 소화에 그치며 적자를 기록했다.
