소식 삼성디스플레이 "XR 디스플레이, 기존과 다른 새로운 가치 만드는 종합기술"

삼성디스플레이가 증강현실(AR) 기기 디스플레이에 사용할 수 있는 레도스(LEDoS:LED on Silicon) 기술이 '블루+QD' 방식에서 'RGB 3-패널' 방식, 그리고 '모노리식 1-패널' 방식으로 진화할 것이라고 전망했다. 허종무 삼성디스플레이 상무는 23일 ≪디일렉≫ 주최로 열린 마이크로디스플레이 컨퍼런스에서 대표 레도스 기술로 △블루+퀀텀닷(QD) 방식 △적(R)녹(G)청(B) 3-패널 방식 △모노리식(Monolithic) 1-패널 방식 등을 소개했다. 레도스는 실리콘 기판
