소식 통신 3사 담합 매출 28조…업계 "수 조원 과징금? 불안감"

공정거래위원회가 SK텔레콤·KT·LG유플러스 등 통신 3사의 판매장려금 담합 행위에 따른 관련 매출액을 28조원 수준으로 추정했다. 법 위반의 중대성에 따라 과징금 부과액은 최대 3조원 안팎에 달할 것으로 예상된다.

다만 심사보고서(검찰의 공소장격)상 관련 매출액·중대성 판단은 기준점에 불과하다. 과징금은 하반기 중 열릴 최고 의사결정기구 전원회의(법원 1심 기능)에서 결정된다.
