소식 2년만에... 원익IPS, 원익테라세미콘 흡수합병 재추진

원익IPS가 그룹 관계사 원익테라세미콘의 흡수합병을 2년 만에 재추진한다. 2년 전 원익테라세미콘 주주들이 합병 비율을 문제삼으면서 합병안이 부결된 바 있다.29일 원익IPS는 원익테라세미콘을 흡수합병한다고 공시했다. 합병 후 존속회사는 원익IPS다. 원익IPS와 원익테라세미콘 합병 비율은 1대 0.7394724다. 원익테라세미콘 주식 0.73주를 원익IPS 주식 1주로 바꾸게 된다. 합병 비율은 1개월 가중평균 주가, 1주일 가중평균 주가, 최근일 주가의 평균을 산출해 결정됐다. 2016년 합병 비율은 원익IPS 주식 1주당 원익
