소식 中BOE, 한국인 부사장이 기획한 B12 장비 발주 시작

세계 1위 액정디스플레이(LCD)업체 중국 BOE(京东方)가 충칭시(重庆) 신규 6세대 플렉시블(flexible) 유기발광다이오드(OLED) 생산라인(B12) 발주를 시작했다. 삼성디스플레이 출신 오재영 BOE 부사장이 라인기획을 총괄하는 것으로 전해졌다. 국내 AP시스템은 지난 24일 충칭 BOE로부터 3개 라인 분량 엑시머레이저어닐링(ELA, Excimer Laser Enealing) 장비를 수주했다. 장비 계약금액은 1493억원이다.BOE는 기존 B7, B11 라인 셋업 과정과 달리 B12에 3개 라인을 한꺼번 발주했다. 터치
